Hah, I've never had mine burn out but I have had it fall out.
I was driving along when I heard a funny clunk from the side- I figured it was my suspension grenading since there's something weird going on with the shock on one corner (so naturally I ignored it until I got home). Turns out the 15$ clear corner I bought from Amazon had fallen out. The bulb and wiring was undamaged and still in the car though.

I've had a fog light fall out, just 2 weeks after the other one got destroyed by road debris.

Ouch! The one I had fall out regularly let go of the mounts and dangled out the front. Sorta happy the damn thing is gone.

My replacements are holding up quite well since I adjusted the mounts a bit.
